Privacy policy
What this site collects when you contact us, who processes it, and how long it is kept.
Who is responsible
Diip Solutions OÜ (registry code 17527757), Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. For any question about this policy or your data, write to info@diipsolutions.eu.
What is collected
The contact form collects the name, email address and message you enter, plus the language you were reading in so the reply comes back in the same one. Nothing else is requested and there is no account to create.
The site uses no advertising cookies, sets no cookies for analytics, and does not track visitors across other websites. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the form from being abused by automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service usable (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To understand roughly how many people visit which pages, using aggregate counts that identify nobody. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who processes it
These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Each is bound to use it only for the purpose below.
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Website hosting and delivery | EU / global edge |
| Resend | Delivering contact form messages by email | EU |
| Cloudflare | DNS, email forwarding, bot check, aggregate analytics | EU / global edge |
| Receiving forwarded mail in a Gmail inbox | EU / US |
How long it is kept
Messages sent through the form arrive as email and are kept for as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards for up to 24 months so that a later conversation has context. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will.
Server logs are kept briefly by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing that identifies a person.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@diipsolutions.eu and we will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
This page describes the diipsolutions.eu website only. Processing agreed separately in a client contract is governed by that contract.
