Procurement SaaSTakes messy purchase-order files and turns them into clean data suppliers can actually use. It checks every file, flags anything odd for a human to look at, then delivers the result wherever it needs to go.
proculink.euA logo, a site that loads fast, a shop that takes real payments, or the system running behind it. We design it, build it, set up your domain and email, and keep it working afterwards.
A sample, not the full list. Four you can open and click around in right now. Three are client projects we can show but not name.

proculink.eu
Storage, moving help and trailer rental across the Baltics. Suppliers sign themselves up, customers book, in five languages and three countries. Payments are built and ready to switch on.
ruumly.eu
A property platform the owner runs without a developer. Listings arrive automatically, land on a map, and it sends its own email. Hosting costs about $5 a month.
estoria.estate
Monthly e-bike rental for delivery couriers in Tallinn, Riga and Helsinki. Browsing, prices, bookings, and the screens the team uses to run the fleet.
wound downSame standard of work, a different agreement. Each is shown by its opening animation and what it does.
A full brand identity — logo, colours, type, motion, tone of voice — and a portfolio site in three languages built on top of it.
A site in two languages with an admin panel simple enough to use from a phone. The owner adds a finished job and its photos without calling anyone. We set up the domain, email and spam protection too.
A shop moving off Shopify onto its own platform. The brand, and how payments, shipping and email would work, were settled before any code was written. Planning is with the client now.
Opening animations are shown with each client’s permission. We are happy to walk you through any of these on a call.
Most projects need two or three of these. You do not have to hire three different companies to get them.
Not just a logo file: colours, type, motion, tone of voice, and a document any developer can build from later.
Three full brand systems deliveredWritten by hand, not assembled from a template. Fast, easy to use, works properly on phones, ready for several languages.
Every frontend on this pageProducts or a calendar, checkout or booking, payments and delivery, product import from Excel, and screens you can actually work in.
Marketplace, rental and shop buildsMarketplaces, rental and property systems. Who can see and do what, approval steps, admin screens, and the reporting behind them.
ProcuLink, Ruumly, Estoria, RentaroGetting your tools to talk to each other: accounting, warehouse, suppliers, spreadsheets, PDFs. Files come in, get checked, and go where they need to go without anyone retyping them.
ProcuLink file delivery, automatic property listingsRegistering or moving your domain, hosting, company email set up so it lands in inboxes instead of spam, spam protection on forms, and Google Search.
We moved this domain and its email with no downtimeImproving a site or system you already have instead of starting again. Upgrades, moves to newer technology, speed fixes.
Vite → Next.js, Next 15 → 16, WordPress → Next.jsOur day-to-day work is large corporate systems: big catalogues, order flows and the plumbing between them. Your small site is built to that same standard.
Background experience, not studio case workYou pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain. No rent, no lock-in, no monthly bill waiting for you after launch.
Everything on one page: what you do, about you, common questions and how to reach you.
Two to seven pages. Add the admin panel and you change text, images and prices yourself — press save and it is live.
For selling online, taking bookings, or running something no template covers.
You pay for the site once and it sits on your own domain. We do not add rent or maintenance fees — after that you pay only for hosting and the domain.
Text, images, small additions. Hourly, when you need it. No retainer, no minimum, no commitment.
Estonian agencies list around €450–1 500 for a WordPress business site and €1 200–1 800 for a shop. A small studio with a clear scope and no agency overheads costs less for the same result.
Four questions. The number moves as you answer. Nothing is binding and nothing is sent until you press the button.
An email or the form below. What your business does, who it is for, and what you already have.
One call. We come back with what gets built, what it costs and when it is done. For bigger systems this is a paid planning step, so the price is real rather than a guess.
You see the design before we write any code. Then we build it, checking phones and browsers as we go rather than at the end.
Domain, hosting, email, analytics and Google Search. All the access handed over to you. Changes cost €40/h afterwards, only if you want them.
No page builders, no drag-and-drop themes. Real code that another developer could pick up tomorrow.
d:ip Solutions is a small full-stack studio in Tallinn. We design the brand, build the front and the back of the site, set up the domain, email and hosting, and stay reachable afterwards. Nothing gets lost between three companies who each understood a different part of it.
Our day-to-day work is large corporate systems — order flows, big catalogues and the plumbing between them. That is where the habits come from: things get built to last, not just to look good in a demo. A €100 one-page site gets the same care as a big platform, just less of it.
We work in Estonian, English and Russian, and we would rather talk you out of something you do not need than sell you more than you asked for. Estoria runs on about $5 a month because that was the right answer.
The seven we get asked most, answered the way we would answer them on a call.
Ask something elseIt is real, and it is deliberately small: one page, text and photos you provide, six months of hosting. There is no admin panel, so changes come through us at €40/h. If you want to edit it yourself, that is the €250–450 admin add-on. The price is low because the job is small, not because something is hidden.
No. You pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain. Afterwards you pay only for hosting and the domain. Changes are hourly, when you want them. There is no contract to sign.
Custom code by default — faster, cheaper to host, less to break, nothing to update every month. WordPress if you genuinely need its plugins, and we will tell you if you do. We also look after existing WordPress sites.
Yes, with the admin add-on. It is a simple set of forms, not a page builder: change text, images, prices, services, team and contact details, press save, and it is live. A backup is taken automatically before every save.
Those clients asked us not to use their names, and we keep to that. We can still show the work itself and walk you through it on a call. The same discretion applies to your project.
One page, one to two days. Small site, two to three. Business site, about a week. Shop or booking, two to three weeks. Bigger systems start with a planning step and get a real schedule from there. The calculator above gives you a number for your own combination.
Yes — registering or moving the domain, hosting, and company email set up properly so it lands in inboxes instead of spam. Also spam protection on forms, analytics and Google Search. We moved this very domain off WordPress, email included, with no downtime. The domain itself is paid separately — what it costs depends on the ending you want, and it is not part of the site price.
A few sentences is enough: what your business does, what the site needs to do, and roughly what you have in mind. You get a plan and a price back, not a sales pitch.
